Monthly Committee Meetings
Exergy is committed in achieving excellence with our health and safety program, and is a shared responsibility by our executives, management, and employees. Participation and collaboration by all are essential in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our safety program.
Safety Meetings
Regular safety meetings provides an opportunity to review safety standards, introduce new safety observations, requirements and increase team awareness of Exergy's safety program.
Orientation and Training
Our program ensures that all employees, contractors, and clients are skilled and trained in all areas necessary to be able to perform their jobs in a competent and safe manner.
Hazard Assessments
This is a core part of Exergy's safety program. This allows the team to focus their efforts in the right areas, and develop employee training, inspections, emergency response plans, etc., specific to the hazards on their work site(s).
Preventative Maintenance
Regular inspections and maintenance programs are kept in check for all our facilities, tools, and equipment.
